How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
Shipping Policy
Orders for shipment within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground service. Most orders placed before 3PM EST are shipped the same day! UPS overnight, 2-day, and 3-day air delivery are also available upon request. We can also ship US Postal Service if requested.

Do you ship outside the United States?
International Orders
We accept orders from our customers overseas! We use TNT for international shipment to save you up to 40% off UPS overseas rates. International shipping rates are based upon the size and weight of the item(s) ordered. If you are an international customer, please email or call us for a shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority!
New parts are guaranteed for 14 days. Within 14 days, items may be returned at customer expense for refund or exchange. Electrical items are non-returnable.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Unless otherwise specified, all parts sold are guaranteed not to be DOA (dead on arrival). Warranties of parts sold over 14 days are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
